Operating Model & Integration
Defining how the work actually gets done, then aligning the leaders who own it. Post-acquisition integration, governance models, decision frameworks, and the structures underneath them.
Strategy, Operations & Program Design
I am Camille Hutt. I design the operating models, programs, and platforms that large organizations run on, and I build them around the people who have to use them every day.

The Rise of Hutt Strategy
Different galaxy. Different line of work.
This one designs the operating models, programs, and platforms that large organizations run on, and shapes them around the people who have to work inside them.
Twelve years, and the route was not a straight line. Legal operations first, then performance and talent work inside law and accounting firms, then Columbia, then Deloitte across life sciences and financial services. Now independent.
Before any of that, archaeology. A season on an excavation in Egypt. You work a site in careful sequence, you document everything, and you never skip a layer because you are curious about the one underneath.
Same instinct. Different site.
About
Finding what is quietly not working at the employee and user level, then building the program that fixes it. The people whose daily work is about to change are the ones I start with, and the ones I go back to afterward.

Defining how the work actually gets done, then aligning the leaders who own it. Post-acquisition integration, governance models, decision frameworks, and the structures underneath them.
Multi-year roadmaps, phased rollouts, and the cross-functional delivery that gets a platform live. Scoping, sequencing, release planning, and the measurement that tells you whether it landed.
Change champion networks, working sessions with the people who have to use the thing, UX research, and a feedback loop that shapes the roadmap.
Every engagement is different, here is the underlying roadmap
Before anything gets designed I talk to the people who will have to live inside it. Not the org chart version, the real one. That conversation is where most of the useful information turns out to be.
Operating structures, governance, roadmaps, and programs designed against what the first step turned up rather than against a template. Whether people will use it gets decided here, long before launch.
Phased releases, a network of people inside the business who champion the change, and honest measurement afterward. The people who have to live inside a new structure need to be supported and heard at every stage, from the earliest fact finding through go-live and the months after.
